This sentiment never had more significance in my lifetime than in recent months. The pandemic has given all of us the opportunity to revisit and reevaluate our life and priorities. Whether we like it or not, the recommendation is to spend more time at home. Work at home. Eat at home. Entertain at home.
The Greater Denver Metro area housing market remains consistently hot. There was a record-high for average sales price for both single-family detached and attached properties in recent months. Buyers are doing whatever they can to secure a purchase. As the holidays approach and indoor living dominates, buyers seem to want to "nest."
